Hello and welcome to the Terms and Conditions section of the website.  You are valuable to my mission and vision. Below is information and services available to you the customer, to assist in our business relationship.

• Withdraw and cancel services:  You the customer have 24 hours to withdraw and cancel services once contracted or you have purchased a product for a refund. Please contact Take Inventory by phone (480) 427-5058 or email MarionWarner@takeinventory1.com.  The Customer and Take Inventory can cancel contracts and or services (workshops, conferences, and or group coaching) when contracted terms are not met.

• Financial transactions:  As stated above a refund from contract or services can be requested within 24 hours of signing or purchase.  If there is an error in money transactions on the website, please contact by phone (480) 427-5058 or email MarionWarner@takeinventory1.com.  

• Information errors or website downtime:  If there are any information errors on the website or your information was noted incorrect in an email or documents, please contact by phone and or email.  Please excuse any website downtime that may cause you any inconvenience.  Please advise of the downtime or errors by contacting the phone number or email listed on this website, so that the issue can be resolved as soon as possible.

• Copyright rules, such as attribution, and adaptation use: Information on website and or e-books cannot be used to attribute to or adapted to other's sell or display of works without written authorization. • Unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam:  The Awakening team does not tolerate unlawful behavior, nor hate speeches, bullying, or promoting of those behaviors.  Spam is also not a behavior or direct action caused by this website.
